  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on)

  • 1/2 cup Waterford Bee Company Peach Habanero Jam

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • Fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley), for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Make the Peach Habanero Glaze:

    • In a small saucepan, combine the Peach Habanero Jam, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
