Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Waterford Bee Company Peach Habanero Jam
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
