If you've tasted McIntosh, Gala and Granny Smith apples, you know the range of appley flavors from tart to sweet. Our Apple Butter uses in season apples from several orchards and our wildflower honey to create a combination flavor that is slightly tart, and exceptionally sweet!
 
We add spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, with the goal to make it taste similar to a spiced apple pie.
 
Ours has a consistency of a heavy whipped butter, so that it glides on smoothly when spread on toast.
