As summer reaches it's peak, elderberry bushes are in full bloom with their bright white clusters of brilliant white flowers; impossible to miss along Wisconsin's Scenic Byways.
 
Those flowers turn into dark purple berries, loaded with antioxidants and other nutrition that when turned into a Jelly will not only knock your socks off, but is something nutritionally dense and good for you as well.
